The
GHS Class of 1976 is happy to announce the recipient of the GHS
Class of 76 Scholarship. Miss Natalya Dugee, a senior from
Goldsboro High School was awarded the 2010 GHS Class of 1976
scholarship in the amount of $1000.00. Miss Dungee will be
attending NC State A&T University with studies in Pre-Med. Please
lets all congratulate Miss Dungee in all her future endeavors.
I would like to thank all
persons who made donations to the scholarship fund for making
this possible and do know that Miss Dungee also thanks the Class
of 76 for their assistance in her educational needs.
The
Class committees are busy making updates and preparations for
the 35th class reunion. Mrs. Clarence Rhodes is in the process
of updating all memorial information of classmates. If you have
any programs that contain dates of deceased class members please
contact her with this information. She may be reached via email

She will greatly appreciate any information that you may have.
Mrs.
Vicki Royal and the scholarship committee will be responsible
for all scholarship activities from this point on. She is
presently working on ideas for the scholarship committee for the
2011 year. She has several ideas that she and the committee
will present to you in the near future.
The
events committee is also working on the Class of 76 35th
reunion. We presently have several things in place and is
accepting ideas and suggestions. We are hoping that all plans
will be finalized in the next couple of months so that we can
